Question 1

How do I check if the part fits my car?

Accepted Answer

The best way is to compare the OEM code (the manufacturer's code) found on your old part with the one shown on our product page. If you're not sure, contact us — we'll help you check compatibility.

Question 2

Are the parts original?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our parts are original, removed from used vehicles.

Question 3

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

We prepare your order within 24-48 hours. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days within Europe and 5 to 15 days for the rest of the world.

Question 4

What do I do if the package arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Always try to accept the package from the courier "subject to inspection". If the part is broken, send us a photo of the package and the damage by email within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Question 5

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we guarantee the part works correctly at the time of installation. We always recommend having it fitted by a professional mechanic to make sure everything is done properly.

Question 6

Can I return the part if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have 14 days. The part must be returned in the same condition you received it, not installed or tampered with. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Question 7

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

You can use major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. On request, we also accept bank transfer. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Question 8

I can't find the part I need, can you help?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Thanks to our network of partners in Poland, we can search for rare parts or ones not listed online. Send us a photo of the part or the OEM code by email — we'll do our best to find it.

Question 9

Do electronic components need configuration?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Many control units or electronic modules, even original ones, need to be programmed or matched to the car. Always ask your mechanic before buying whether the part you've chosen needs special coding.

Question 10

Do you issue an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we issue a proper invoice. If you're purchasing with a VAT number, simply enter your tax details during checkout.
